My room at Velotel was in desperate need of updating, but the friendly and helpful staff made up for it. The reception staff spoke perfect English and were pretty good too ensure my stay was enjoyable. Despite the worn-out room, the hotel's location was great, offering safe and free parking and easy access to the city center via bus or taxi. The peaceful location and neat rooms added to the positive experience.

The hotel is slightly outside the center, but it is still very easy to get to all the tourist spots. It is not far from downtown and the walk in is lovely and not too long at all. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, providing me with great information and tips for exploring the city. The hotel facilities are great, with spacious and comfortable rooms that are also very clean. the free parking is a big plus.

We loved staying at this place just outside Brugge. The hotel is situated in a strategic area with local bus connections, making it easy to explore the city. The service is outstanding with room service, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and laundry. There is even a doctor on call and a shoe shine service available. The shuttle service is efficient, and we appreciated the welcome drink upon our arrival. The staff at the reception desk are always at hand to offer tours/ticket assistance, which was very useful. The room amenities were perfect, and the flat-screen TV was a great touch. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We especially enjoyed the bar/lounge area and snack bar.
Highly recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation.
